If you already have a user name and password from one of the other Caparol/Spectrum portals, or you have already registered for the cloud, enter your user name and password in the login screen and click "Log In". 9.1.3 Forgot password If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgotten your password?" in the log in screen. In the window that appears, enter your user name or e-mail address (which you specified during registration). Click "Send". You automatically receive an e-mail, sent to the e-mail address you specified during registration, with your password.
