7.1 Menu barThe menu bar of MATERIALstudio contains the following options, depending on which tab is currently open:
Change symbol sizes You can choose from five different views to display the backgrounds. (See chapter 4.1.1, “Data views”) Save  To save an individually created sample, click the “Save” button (or choose “File”>“Save as” in the main navigation). A window opens that gives you an overview of your own collections. Select an existing collection or create a new collection folder (new collection: see chapter 4.3.2, “own collections”). Enter a unique variant name (e.g., FF_Tira_Pink 10 (for Fantastic Fleece_Design Tira_Colour 3D Pink 10) and confirm by clicking “Save”.  If you would like to print your individual sample for viewing purposes or for a collage, click the “Print” button. The program creates a PDF file in DIN A4 size to display both the structure of your coating and the finished design of the pattern. You can then print or save the PDF file. This function is also available in the main navigation under “File”>“Print”>“PDF”. Note: Please note that the colours may deviate from the original, depending on the printer and paper used. We recommend that you create a sample area. In addition, colour sheets can be ordered from Caparol for Caparol 3D system plus and CaparolColor. Help  The “Display help” button displays the online version of the SPECTRUM 5 user manual (active Internet connection required). Alternatively, you can also choose “Help”/“Online help”. The shortcut command for the help function is “F1”.
